NEW CLIENTS We love to have new guests in our tribe. To ensure we can get to know you properly, we ask that you ONLY select ‘new client’ options as we need enough time to give you the full EMVHAIR experience.

*All colours are inclusive of k18 + Gloss toner
*Latest colour service is 6pm Wednesday and 1pm Friday and 12pm Saturday. If you book in a colour service after this time we will cancel and rebook.

BOOKINGS POLICY
EMVHAIR aims to create the ultimate hairdressing experience possible, with world-class services, leading-edge techniques and the best hair-care and styling products, in a relaxed and indulgent environment.
To ensure every client receives the best experience we can provide each and every time they visit us, please be aware of our appointment policies.
Late Arrival Policy – Traffic Happens! Please try and arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date. This is to guarantee both you, and the client following you, receive the exceptional service and focused care we believe you deserve, and the hair style you desire and will be proud to show off.
Cancellation Policy – Life Happens! Please support us by providing a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. This can be done via phone or email. The ability to offer your allocated time to someone else can’t happen at the last minute, so help us share the EMV love around, and we’ll do our best to reschedule you into the next suitable time.
No Show Policy – Sh@t Happens! This hurts our feelings and our business. Unfortunately we have to get all hard-core when it comes to No Shows. No show appointments will result in forfeiting your deposit & all future pre-bookings being cancelled, and an ongoing 50% deposit will be required to confirm your future appointments. Ain’t nobody got time for that!
